Prevention of complications in pregnancy after laparoscopic myomectomy
David, Martin ; Kučera, Eduard (advisor)
Gynecology and obstetrics monitor many clinical areas, which are very complex and not only medical side of things. Uterine myomatóza between such areas undoubtedly belongs. In the last time monitor several important phenomena occurring at the same time, giving rise to many questions. In recent years we have witnessed not only the rising birth rate but also shift to higher fertility age groups. According to data from 2007 significantly increased the number of pregnancies after twenty-fifthyear of age (> 70%) and rapidly increases the fertility of women between 30 and 34year (35%) [1]. In this age group is also a high incidence of uterine fibroids. We speak a very frequent clinical finding - fibroid is the most commongynecological tumor. It is therefore of considerable morbidity originator. So there is a growing group of women in roughly the same age, at where there is a fibroid, which are planning pregnancy andpregnant more often not. Symptomatic myoma is obviously an indication for its removal through various treatment modalities including surgical therapy. The result is a subgroup of patients who need to predict subsequent course of pregnancy, including mode of delivery, to analyze
Physiotherapy of soft tissue disorders due to overload
Goll, David ; Teyssler, Petr (advisor) ; Bitnar, Petr (referee)
The thesis " Physiotherapy of soft hand weavings disorders resulting from postneuritic over freight" is bent on weightiest consequence of over freight of hand flexor sinews, which is rupture and on one of weightiest consequences of accident states of sinews, which is transcision. Rupture and transcision of hand flexor sinews is cured in a similar surgical way, by suture and coincident is as well the subsequent alteration postoperative care. The aim of my diploma work that ties on my baccalaureate work, is rounded up from the expert literature, especially the foreign one, researching the information of possibilities and meaning of rehabilitative care in those specific problems and these information then virtually compare with the choice study sample inmates. I hereto directed everything, so as I could in the end answers the questions: what meaning has rehabilitation and whether there is any universal method that could be applied in the appropriate manner. In its experimental parts the diploma work succeeded to prove the evidence, that the rehabilitation holds irreplaceable space in therapy of hand flexor sinews after effected sutures. The study proves the obvious difference in results between the group that passed the rehabilitation therapy and the group that the rehabilitation didn't undergo. The tracked...

Physiotherapy for patients with rotator cuff lesion
PLÍHAL, Lukáš
I chose "Physiotherapy for Patients with Rotator Cuff Lesion" as a topic of the theses. This topic was chosen because I was interested in indispensable function of rotator cuff to stability and total shoulder joint functionality. Moreover, it is relatively often disorder of shoulder joint and that is why I wanted to complete my knowledge in this area. In the theoretical part I am focusing on the proper function of shoulder joint altogether. Following chapters in this part are explaining kinesiology of shoulder joint, clinical units of rotator cuff lesion and subsequent options of physiotherapy. In the practical part I am dealing with the quality research, where I look into the sample of three patients. Two of these patients were affected by rupture of rotator cuff, which was treated by operation, the last patient suffered from impingement syndrome. At the beginning the patient was physically examined. This was followed by eight therapies which were mainly focused on improving movement and muscle strength in shoulder joint. Patients affected by rupture were examined after six months after the surgery. The patient with impingement syndrome was examined after two weeks after the last therapy. According to results it is significant that there was improvement in movement and muscle strength in shoulder joint for all of the patients. The theses can be used by professional public, physiotherapists, possibly by students of physiotherapy for getting basic knowledge about rotator cuff, its pathology or possible physiotherapy procedures.
